nice to meet you
My name is Debbie and I help people build their courage and influence so that the decisions they make create win-win results for themselves and their communities.
I have many roles in this life: daughter, sister, mother, ex-wife, coach… As I’ve meandered (sometimes stumbled) along this path of life on earth, I’ve picked up a few insights about why we often don’t feel as though we’re getting what we want. I love creating spaces that help clients get clear on what happiness or productivity or success means to them.
I value competence, courage, humility, connection and right action. I stand for kindness and love. I’m also a flawed human, so self-forgiveness is an important practice for me.
I can guarantee that I’ll be curious and that I’ll hold you accountable for what you said you wanted. I won’t tell you what to do and I’ll listen so carefully to your story that I’ll know what questions need to be asked.

Coaching can support almost any human situation:

-
The leader who wants to increase their influence in business
-
The individual who wants to explore the best version of themselves
-
The team that wants to collaborate and deliver more effectively
-
The manager who wants to build resilience in the face of constant change
Improved self-awareness has a domino effect on:

Resilience, relationships, decision-making, courage, leadership, humility, consciousness…
I’ve helped executives re-engage with the organisational strategy, call centre agents manage emotions, mothers explore their potential, teachers build resilience and young talent win that promotion.
I have a B Soc Sc from the University of Natal, Pietermaritzburg and I continue my professional development by attending workshops, seminars and Coaching Supervision. I believe in the professionalism of coaching and I embody the integrity necessary for powerful behaviour shifts to take place.
